Acceptance

By accessing or using Horus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a drop zone or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

The Service

Horus is operations software for skydiving drop zones. It includes manifesting, instructor scheduling and payouts, financial tracking, a live TV board, jumper logbooks, and an operations dashboard. We may update or extend the product — material changes will be communicated in advance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Horus. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing Horus on behalf of a drop zone, you confirm you are an authorized representative.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share access with unauthorized persons. Notify us immediately at fredy.martinez@techminds.com.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Data

You own your operational data — jump records, instructor assignments, financial transactions, logbook entries, and manifests. Horus stores and processes this data on your behalf solely to run the platform. You may export or delete your data at any time. We never claim ownership of your data.

Acceptable Use

You may use Horus only for lawful drop zone operations. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform, introduce malware, or use it to facilitate illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Payment

Subscription fees and payment terms are defined in your service agreement with Horus. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. We reserve the right to suspend access after reasonable notice for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

Horus and its underlying technology — software, design, and trademarks — belong to TechMinds. Your operational data and content remain yours. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights from either party to the other.

Limitation of Liability

Horus is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechMinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with your service agreement. On termination, you may export your data before account closure. Horus will retain data only as required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
